Moto X Force unveiled with ‘shatterproof’ screen

We recently saw the Droid Turbo 2 smartphone being unveiled by Verizon, and were already aware thanks to leaks that an international version of the said device will be released with the name Moto X Force. The phone has finally materialized now, and is ready to hit intended markets next month.

Motorola has announced that the Moto X Force will be released in countries from Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific this November. Its price details will be revealed closer to launch.

The new X Force handset is distinguished by its shatterproof display, and that’s the exact point which Motorola has chosen to focus on while making its announcement. In fact, it has dubbed the unveiling the ‘Shortest Press Announcement Ever,’ and has released the video which you can spot in the space down below.

As you can see, three phones – an iPhone, a Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Moto X Force – are released from a considerable height to fall on a stony surface. The former two have their displays shattered after the ordeal but the Motorola offering survives the test easily.
