Motorola has once again shown commitment to one of its most important markets, the UK by making the upcoming Moto X Force handset available for pre-order there quickly. This device was launched last week as an international version of the US-only Droid Turbo 2, and is distinguished by its adoption of a ‘shatterproof’ screen to protect its display.
The durable device can now be pre-ordered SIM-free and unlocked via Handtec for £497.99. Clove and Expansys on the other hand, are offering the Moto X Force at £499, whereas Carphone Warehouse has opted for a higher retail value of £529.99.
Carphone Warehouse is the only place which will allow you to buy the Motorola device on contract moreover. Monthly plans from UK-based telecom operators are starting at £37.50 and going up to £59.99.
As for the shipping dates of the Moto X Force, while Handtec is saying that it will be in stock by November 9, Carphone Warehouse is expecting deliveries to reach buyers’ doorsteps on November 10. As revealed by GSM Arena, Clove is predicting a later delivery, as it has chosen to go for a November 14 release date.
