With the launch of the Moto Z2 Force done and dusted with, all eyes are now on the Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus. The two recently came under the scanner of frequent tipster Roland Quandt who took to Twitter to reveal the duo’s price details.
According to Quandt, the Moto G5S will set buyers in Eastern Europe back by EUR 300 (approximately $352 or Rs 22560). On the other hand, the Moto G5S Plus could be a bit more expensive at EUR 330 (around $387 or Rs 24820).
Leaks in the past have pegged a roughly Rs 20000 price tag for the Moto G5S Plus, so the latest one stands in contrast to that. In any case, it should stay below the Rs 25000 mark in order to appeal to the series’ affordable market segment.

To recall, the original Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus came out in February this year. The new pair represent Motorola’s first attempt at a special-edition upgrade. The latter is set to be enhanced with a pair of dual 13MP cameras on the back. One might be able to capture images in color and the other in monochrome, similar to the Moto Z2 Force Edition’s lenses.
The Moto G5S Plus could also possess a bigger 5.5-inch display, swap out plastic for aluminum, and exchange the 5MP front-facing shooter for an 8MP one. Specs which are probably going to stay the same include a 1080p screen, a Snapdragon 425 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of ROM.
