Moto G smartphone’s release date confirmed for November 13

Motorola has just tweeted bonjour, olá, g’day, hallo, namastē, hello and hola to all those of you who’ve been keeping your eyes peeled for a Moto G announcement. And it’s official – the launch date of this smartphone which has been in and out of the gossip circles, is November 13.

You remember the Moto G, right? We first heard about it back in October and the story was that it would be a toned down version of the Moto X. More rumors have cropped up since then and apart from the specs we’ve listed below, there’s word about the device having changeable back covers.

The tweet notes ‘Time to say hola, olá, g’day, hallo, bonjour, namastē, hello to #MotoG’ and contains a link to a website dedicated to the budget-friendly Android handset. The picture attached to the statement shows an airplane flying all across the globe.

Put the greetings in different languages and the image together and let’s assume the phone is set to hit at least 7 countries initially. Even the aforementioned date finds its way into the poster.
