Moto 360 finally gets its gold edition and metal bands

For those who fancied the metal bands of the Moto 360 which were shown at its launch, it has been a really long wait, but they have finally been made available by the company now. These new strap options have been accompanied by a gold version of the Android Wear smartwatch as well, which we had seen in a couple of leaks recently.

Motorola has gone on to announce that it will be selling the gadget with silver and black metal bands for $299. But the option of gold exists in the slim bands section which is meant for people with small wrists. Equipped with an 18mm design as opposed to 23mm, these slim bands will come in light metal ($299) and champagne gold ($329) finishes.

Some changes are on their way for the leather bands as well. Usual stone and black options will soon be accompanied by a congac hue, whereas DODOcase will soon begin offering stitched bands and TYLT is working on silicone colors.
