There’s not a lot left to know about the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, what with the flood of leaks that has been pouring in lately over the past few weeks. Here to provide some fresh insight about the phone’s price is a WinFuture report, along with a couple of new renders by the always reliable Evan Blass.

It seems Samsung is changing up the Galaxy Note formula this year. Instead of launching a 64GB base variant, it might unveil a 128GB model. This is a huge leap over the previous generation, but it’ll come at a costly rate. The entry-level version might go for EUR 1050 (approx $1230 or Rs 84500).

While European rates will probably differ from the rest of the world, it’s clear the Galaxy Note 9 won’t come cheap. All signs point to the device blowing past the $1000 mark in the US. For those who require even more on-board storage, there’s apparently going to be a huge 512GB variant.

The 512GB Galaxy Note 8 might just sell for EUR 1250 (roughly $1460 or Rs 100600). The report claims the 128GB option will be sold in black, blue and purple colors, while the 512GB one will arrive in black and blue. This might be specific to the European market though, since there are also reports of a brown variant.

You can see the black, blue and brown shades above, paired neatly alongside their S Pen. The stylus is probably going to be one of the biggest highlights of the Galaxy Note 9. Rumor has it that the accessory has gained Bluetooth support and will be able to perform some gaming-related magic.

Apart from internal changes, the Galaxy Note 9 is expected to look just like its predecessor. We’ll know this for sure the moment the handset gets launched on August 9, perhaps alongside the new Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Tab S4, and Wireless Charger Duo.
