The Galaxy Note 9’s launch is getting closer and leaks are spilling out at a rapid pace. Almost everything about the phone has already been revealed, but there are a few things here and there that have yet to come out.

A Reddit user is now highlighting these changes with a long post which comes straight from a Samsung national trainer. Pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 9 are set to be bundled with either a pair of $299 Wireless AKG noise-canceling headphones or a Fortnite gaming package. Buyers can also get both by paying an extra $99.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 New S-Pen Features

The S-Pen is said to be coming with a shutter button function which will let users remotely activate the camera and click photos. The stylus is apparently going to offer 30 minutes of use after just 40 seconds of charging. The color of the accessory will supposedly match the color of the off-screen memo font.

The leak claims that the Galaxy Note 9’s camera will feature AI technology to intelligently optimize the camera based on the subject such as a person, animal, landscape, or food. It may also show speech bubbles if it thinks the photo has any imperfections like shaky hands, blinking eyes, or blurriness.

Interestingly, Samsung might be evolving its DeX platform so owners no longer need a DeX pad to dive into DeX mode. They’ll just need an HDMI cable. Plus, they can use the Galaxy Note 9’s screen to take off-screen notes during a presentation or video.

A separate WinFuture report has even more details on the S-Pen thanks to a couple of official-looking photos. The stylus may boast of Bluetooth support and function as a remote control to remotely manage presentations and control apps. It’s rumored to be coming with a finer tip than before and a pressure level of 4096.
