Lenovo launches Vibe P1 Turbo with 5000mAh battery

Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo

Lenovo has finally come out with the Vibe P1 Turbo, the upgraded version of the Vibe P1 which the brand had hinted at in August last year. This new model has gone up for pre-orders in Indonesia with no indication on when it’ll hit other markets.

The Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo has the same gigantic 5000mAh battery which its predecessor had packed. It appears to be nearly the same smartphone all-in-all. The only major aspects which the company seems to have changed are its camera and RAM features. However, there’s a spot of confusion here since the product’s splash page and specifications listing differ.

As spotted by Android Authority, the former asserts the Lenovo device has 3GB of RAM and a 13MP rear snapper fitted with dual-color LED flash, while the latter says it sports 2GB of RAM and a 16MP shooter with tri-color flash. For clarity, the original Vibe P1 had housed 2GB of RAM and a 13MP lens. The new handset will hopefully carry the superior set of specs since it’s not much of an upgrade without both.
