Samsung Galaxy S7 is coming earlier than usual, expect it in January

It’s time to get serious about rumors regarding the upcoming Galaxy S7 smartphone from South Korean giant Samsung. Just as the company decided to unveil its phablet range earlier than expected this year, chances are bright that its flagship phone range too will be showcased prior to the usual MWC arrangement in 2016.

In fact, rumor has it that the Samsung Galaxy S7 will be unveiled by the firm as early as in January next year. It’s being said that just like the S6 range, the new lineup too will feature a ‘premium’ and a ‘sub-premium’ device. These will follow the company’s normal naming convention, and bear the model names SM-G930 and SM-G935, with the latter one grabbing a dual-curved display.

As mentioned by SamMobile, a translated post from Korean media outlet ETNews is telling us that the Galaxy S7 will be showcased to the world on January 19. The report also mentions that an ePoP chip will be integrated into the device, with its highlight being that it incorporates all the important sensors on a single die.
