A new luxury smartphone is upon us, the Lumigon T2 HD, which doesn’t have the beefy components to go up against the giants in the Android ecosystem, but premium features and a gorgeous design that’s drool-worthy. The handset is designed by the Denmark-based company Lumigon and the price is pretty alluring for a luxury device.
The Lumigon T2 HD flaunts a Scandinavian design where minimalism is the key feature. The body is crafted from stainless steel and the width is 8.7mm thick. The device is also IP65 certified water- and dust-resistant, making it a very durable choice. One of the key highlights of this smartphone is its front-facing 2.4MP camera that’s accompanied by a flash. The rear, on the other hand, has a 13MP snapper with FHD video recording.
The Lumigon T2 HD is 4.3 inches in size and it has an HD panel with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone comes with a pretty decent processor, a dual core Snapdragon S4 Pro clocked at 1.7GHz. The chipset is accompanied by 2GB of RAM and storage options of 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. The device also supports 4G LTE networks and it will be sold unlocked. You get Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and an encrypted Vault for storing personal data.
The Lumigon T2 HD will go on sale in Q2 2014 for a starting price of €730. The smartphone will be offered in black, white and a limited edition 24-carat gold version.
