Xiaomi Mi 3 out of stock in just an hour of going on sale

As expected, Flipkart has witnessed some major demand for the Xiaomi Mi 3 in India and the e-retailer has disclosed that the smartphone is already out of stock. The handset went on sale earlier today and in around an hour, all available units were sold out.

Well, there’s no word on how much inventory Flipkart had of the Xiaomi Mi 3 in the first place, but we do know that registrations for the phone went over 100000. The retailer has mentioned that limited stock was available and that the next sale will commence on July 29 at noon. Getting a device on the said date, however, isn’t going to be easy.

Not only will you have to be quick to nab a unit when it goes on sale again, but also have to register for the device in order to purchase it. Various accessories such as power banks, earphones and cases will also be available in the near future.
