Moto G is only $179, reaches Europe this week, US and India early January

Motorola’s latest smartphone, the Moto G, is as previously speculated, a cheaper version of the Moto X flagship. The device is highly affordable and it falls in the mid-range carrying a design similar to that of its costlier sibling.

It’s got the looks:

The Moto G is a stylish handset with a curved rear design and it’s made to look a lot like its larger sibling. The device measures 11.6mm at its thickest and it weighs 143 grams. The only downside here is that you won’t be able to create a custom version of the handset like with the original. However, Motorola is providing various personalization options through several colored shells and flip shells as well as 5 different grip shells.
