The Motorola Motoluxe XT685 headed to China, combines style with functionality as it claims to offer features like a large display as well as dual-mode dual-standby ability amongst many others. This handset shows off a sleek profile and comes drenched in shades of white and brown.

The WCDMA + GSM smartphone in question brings the Android Ice Cream Sandwich platform to the platter and is fueled by a 1GHz Qualcomm processor along with 512MB RAM. It measures not more than 9.8mm in thickness and wears an asymmetric design that is embedded with a lanyard-hole notification light.

A 4-inch FWVGA capacitive multi-touch display of 480 x 854p resolution graces the front panel and an 8MP camera has been fitted on the rear side of this handset. This primary camera possesses attributes like auto focus, LED flash and 3.9x camera zoom, while a 0.3MP front-mounted fixed focus webcam facilitates video calling.

It ships with 1GB onboard storage and features a slot to expand memory using a microSDHC card of up to 32GB capacity. Moreover, the phone is pre-loaded with applications such as Sina Weibo and Sohu Women amongst others. It should provide access to the Google Play store too.

The Motorola Motoluxe XT685 price in Mainland China is RMB 1,999 and it is available through authorized resellers across the country.
