Samsung Galaxy S III sign-up page for the US doesn’t show carrier options anymore

Samsung Galaxy S3 Sign-up Page

Trying to herd eager fans to a proper destination that would surface the Samsung Galaxy S III price and availability details, the company has put up a sign-up page for enthusiasts in the US. For some inexplicable reason, it has now taken off the drop-down menu box asking visitors to pick their carrier preference.

As far as the word on availability is concerned, the new Galaxy seemed ready to hit all the major network operators in the US. We’re talking about a list that comprises of carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Metro PCS and C Spire Wireless. So if Samsung wasn’t merely attempting to take a round of votes on which service provider would gather the most amount of popularity for the smartphone, we aren’t quite sure why the section has been taken off completely.

While the UK has already welcomed details on the release date and price information for the handset in question, it looks like Samsung is restlessly waiting for an opportune moment to announce the same with regards to the US. Maybe it has something to do with the LTE version of the device or the quad core Exynos processor. At any rate, with its Europe availability chalked for the end of May, it shouldn’t take long for the handset to reach the US thereafter.

At present, only boxes asking for information covering the interested party’s name, email ID and zip code remain on the Samsung Galaxy S III registration page, which promises to offer people the latest on the device.
