The augmenting Android lineup gets the newest addition to its kitty which blends in style, sophistication and speed. Mobilicity has announced this new Android 2.3 smartphone dubbed Panache from HTC’s quarters.
The HTC Panache operates at 4G speeds, offering up to 21Mps speeds and the capability to transform into a Wi-Fi hotspot. It can also be tethered to a tablet or iPad using Mobilicity’s unlimited data add-on. Based on the HTC Sense user interface, the smartphone bundles several features such as a customizable homescreen, creating different profiles for personal and professional use, handling multiple email accounts along with email filters and color coding.
The device is capable of streaming users’ social network status and updates with the photos while they call/text. A quick flip instantly puts the phone’s ringer on silent while users can also manage their mobile content from a PC. In case someone steals the handset, then users can remotely lock the device while diverting the calls and texts to another handset. Its hardware set includes Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon processor and a large 3.8-inch touchscreen alongside the various useful tools such as GPS, Adobe Flash Player, HD video recording, 5 megapixel flash camera, and VGA front-facing video-chat camera.
The HTC Panache carries a price tag of $499.99 and can be procured through Mobilicity stores and authorized dealers across Canada and mobilicity.ca. Mobilicity customers can also add unlimited data to any voice plan for a price of $10, allowing customers to get unlimited talk, text and data for $35 a month.
