Prada 3.0 by LG design and details revealed

LG Prada 3.0 1

The recent unveiling of the Prada 3.0 by LG smartphone has put to rest all those rumors which began doing the rounds after its announcement in November. The official curtain raiser has brought with it details about the specs and design, something that techville was left wanting for previously. This is not the first time that the fashion and technology giants have collaborated; we have already seen Prada for LG 2.0 and 1.0 being churned out from the partnership.

The smartphone is adorned by a 4.3-inch full glossy NOVA touchscreen proffering resolutions of 800 x 480p. It runs on Android Gingerbread and the company has also announced that the OS will be seen receiving an Ice Cream Sandwich update in the future. In addition to incorporating a 1GHz dual core chip, the handset proffers dual band Wi-Fi connectivity for a fast internet browsing experience. This fashionable tech piece embeds an 8MP camera and comes with 8GB of memory. Complete with a sleek 8.5mm body, the device is also the recipient of the Floating Mass Technology from LG.

Needless to say, the design wears a Prada logo on the back as well as the front. A Saffiano pattern has arrived out of the fashion house and it is now flaunted by the rear panel of the device. The style statement doesn’t end there, for the designer label and manufacturer have gone ahead and brought changes into the UI. The interface will feature black, grey and white menu and icons, probably keeping up with the black and white theme that the handset sports.

There has been no word on the Prada 3.0 by LG price and availability, but it can be expected to roll out early next year.
