Nokia has announced the availability of two new mobile phones, dubbed Nokia 2310 and 2610 in India. Both handsets comprise of the first time functionality of ‘One Touch’ feature to radio (Nokia 2310) and internet (Nokia 2610).
Devinder Kishore, director, marketing, customer and market operations Nokia India, said, “Nokia is committed to offering style with substance to our users. With the introduction of these stylish, feature-rich handsets, we have further strengthened our entry level product portfolio.”
The stylish Nokia 2310 caters to music lovers and fashionable individuals. The handset is integrated with a set of unique features such as the ‘One Touch’ key that activates the built-in FM radio featuring “sound visualisation” and graphics to sync with the music. The Nokia 2310 is available in Silver and Light Blue.

The Nokia 2610 offers a number of firsts for entry phones such as e-mail support and mobile internet access via a WAP browser. Furthermore the handset supports voice recorder and Nokia Xpress audio messaging, for recording and sending voice messages. Its rubberized finish fights dust and improves grip – a feature especially meant for Indian conditions.
The Nokia 2610 is available in three colors, including blue, black and bronze. Also Nokia 2610 offers an ‘offline mode’ which allows you to access data without the SIM.

The street price for the Nokia 2310 is around Rs 3,550 and Nokia 2610 is priced at Rs 4,200.
