The new Maingear Vybe 15 notebook and the Vybe desktop series have been upgraded to quickship status with the company claiming them to ship within 48 hours. The laptop range comprises of 4 pre-configured variants that take on the latest Core processors and Kepler-class graphics from Nvidia.
Said to be the first notebook to fall under the fast shipping category, users can choose between third generation Ivy Bridge processors such as the i5 3360M, i7 3520M, i7 3720QM and i7 3820QM. The first 2 CPUs are coupled with a 2GB GDDR5 GeForce GT 650M GPU, while the latter 2 are embedded alongside a 2GB GDDR5 GeForce GTX 660M. On the memory front, users can configure the device with up to 16GB DDR3 RAM from the Corsair Dominator series and an optional mSATA SSD up to 256GB for hoarding content.

The aforementioned graphics modules feature the Optimus technology which aims to put a lid on excessive battery consumption. A 1080p full HD LED-backlit display is fitted under the lid coated with a matte finish to reduce glare. For entertainment, the laptop packs in 4 stereo speakers and the TruStudio Pro Sound technology for high quality audio. It also flaunts a multi-touch trackpad and a full-size keyboard plus a number pad.
The Maingear Vybe 15 Good and Better prices amount to $1,099 and $1,299, respectively. Both laptops are available for purchase now, while the $1,599 Best and $1,999 Ultimate versions will be up for grabs starting August 17, 2012.
