LG Optimus 3D Max

The last time we heard about the LG Optimus 3D Max, it was all set to embark on a globetrotting journey and now the device has entered India with the Optimus L7 for company. While the former keeps users entertained with 3D content on the move sans stereoscopic glasses, the latter looks like a potential option for those who seek a stylish form factor as much as efficient internal hardware.

First up is the 3D Max outfitted with a WVGA Nova display that offers a multi-touch real estate of 4.3 inches. A 1.2GHz tri-dual OMAP4430 processor and 1GB RAM fuel this 3D device, while it draws power from a 1,520mAh battery. Measuring not more than 9.6mm in thickness, the Gingerbread based smartphone ships with 8GB internal memory and an HDMI output amongst others. Moreover, it readily converts 2D digital content to 3D and embeds a dedicated button to switch between the two modes.

“LG Optimus 3D Max is a natural and powerful evolution of LG Optimus 3D. Building on the phenomenal success of the original Optimus 3D, we are proud to unveil this ultimate Smartphone. In 2012, we will take LG’s leadership in Speed, Screen and Content to a whole new level. With the Optimus 3D Max, we want to set new standards of quality viewing and powerful performance on mobiles packed in a slim and modern design,” quoted Soon Kwon, President South West Asia Region & MD LG India.
