LG G3 now rumored to arrive in June, possible Japanese version pictured

Amidst the many flagship launches, the LG G3 has still managed to make headlines and we’re now hearing that the smartphone has been apparently confirmed to go official in June. What’s more, sales will commence from the very next month, at least in Korea.

This information comes via ZDNet Korea where the website has quoted a senior company official who also mentioned that releasing the LG G3 in August would be too late. The possible Japanese version of the flagship has also been spotted. EvLeaks has posted two images of the LG isai handset that has an extremely thin bezel and a design that’s quite similar to what the G2 and G Pro 2 flaunt. The device also has the volume buttons on the rear and it has been spotted in white and blue shades.

There’s no official word on whether the leaked phone is really the Japanese version of the G3 or not, but judging by the high quality design that’s without a doubt an evolution of the current one seen on the G2 flagship, the LG isai will be a high-end phone. This device is said to be exclusive to KDDI in Japan. What’s more, it’s rumored to have specs that are very similar to what the LG G3 has been leaked to carry, including a 2K display.

Here are the leaked specs of the LG G3:

– OS: Android 4.4 KitKat
– Chipset: Snapdragon 801/805
– Display: 5.5-inch QHD IPS touchscreen
– Storage: 32GB
– RAM: 3GB
– Camera: 16MP with OIS

We’ve got two months to for the LG G3 make its debut and we’re sure to see more information turn up in the coming days, so stay tuned.
