LG Class is a metal-clad phone coming on September 21

LG has quite a lot in store for us in the coming days, even as it has two big announcements to make, one each on September 21 and October 1. A phone named Class will apparently be the star of the show on the former date, while the limelight will shift towards a device named V10 on the latter date.

The South Korean giant has already begun teasing the LG Class via Facebook, while a number of its important details have leaked as well. It has apparently been codenamed H740, and will be distinguished by its metal body that will give it a premium appearance.

This phone is believed to be a mid-range phablet. This is evident from the specifications that have leaked via a GFX Bench listing that appear to be of the LG H740. If this listing is indeed referring to the Class, it will ship with a 5.7-inch 1080p full HD display on its front surface.

The Class could come equipped with a 12MP or 13MP main camera capable of shooting 1080p videos. A front snapper will be present on it as well, offering support for selfies. Android 5.1.1 Lollipop will be its OS of choice.
