The new Vibe K5 Plus from Lenovo made headlines when it was unveiled at the MWC, and the handset is now ready to enter India. March 15 has officially been announced to be the date on which this device is to be launched in the country.
Along with the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus, the company had also introduced a slightly less powerful Lenovo Vibe K5 handset at the MWC. We’ve been told that at the moment, the company doesn’t have a plan of launching the latter on March 15; but that may change in the coming days.
The price which the entry-level K5 Plus comes tagged with will be very interesting to see. In China it is available to buy at an equivalent cost of $149, which translates into something around Rs 10000.

As for the camera setup, a 13MP unit can be found resting on its rear surface, whereas a 5MP snapper has been placed on its front. The K5 Plus derives its power from a 2750mAh battery pack moreover.
