Lenovo’s working on a brand new handset called the Zuk Edge going by numerous reports out of China. The handset now appears to have made a visit to benchmarking site AnTuTu, revealing a number of key details in the process.
As per the listing, the Zuk Edge is going to power its daily activities with the help of a Snapdragon 821 processor clocked in at 2.35GHz and an Adreno 530 GPU. It apparently comes with Android 7.0 Nougat and outputs a resolution of 1080p. In terms of memory, it seems to be packing 64GB of ROM and a generous 6GB of RAM.
As for the Lenovo offering’s photography skills, the brand looks like it’s going to furnish the phone with an 8MP selfie camera and 13MP primary shooter. A separate leak of the smartphone’s About Phone screen, supposedly posted by the company’s Vice President, corroborates the AnTuTu listing for the most part.
It does add two interesting pieces of information namely that the Zuk Edge may run on the Nougat-based ZUI 2.5.081 and contain 128GB of ROM. It’s possible this is a second variant of the handset for those seeking more room for their stuff.
An earlier TENAA sighting had presented slightly different specs for the Lenovo phone. Specs listed included Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, 32GB or 64GB of ROM, 4GB of RAM, a 3000mAh battery, a 5.5-inch full HD dual edge curved display, a Snapdragon 821 SoC, a 13MP rear snapper, and 8MP selfie lens.
We’ll keep you updated the moment more information about the Lenovo Zuk Edge comes to the surface.
