As expected, the Lenovo P2 smartphone has been released in India, and as usual, Flipkart is the chosen sales vehicle for the company. This handset will start being sold via the e-commerce website at midnight tonight, in exchange of Rs 16999 or Rs 17999, depending whether you go for the 3GB RAM or 4GB RAM option.
A few launch day offers will be accompanying the Lenovo P2 as well. One of them will provide a discount of up to Rs 2000 if you’re willing to trade in an old low-end device. Moreover, an additional 10 percent price cut will be applied on the orders of those who pay using SBI credit cards. That said, Axis Bank Buzz credit card holders will get 5 percent off.
The dual SIM P2 is known for its 3-day battery life claims, thanks to its incorporation of a 5100mAh power pack. And being the recipient of one of the latest Qualcomm-made processors, it is also able to offer the benefits of Quick Charge 3.0, which enables it to gain 10 hours of juice in just 15 minutes. Lenovo has placed the fingerprint scanner of this device on its front surface.
