Lenovo India has introduced a new portfolio of devices which comprise of convertibles such as the Yoga 2 and Flex 2, the G40, G50 and Z50 laptops as well as the C260 all-in-one PC. The new range has already gone on sale and the devices are available for purchase through the company’s online store.
The Rs 59,990 Lenovo Yoga 2 is a multi-mode device which can do a full 360-degree flip to transform into different modes such as stand, tent, laptop and tablet. It offers 8 hours of battery life, a 13.3-inch 1080p display, an Intel Core i7 processor and an AccuType keyboard amongst others. The Flex 2 is quite similar to the previous device, but can be used in two modes only – Stand and laptop.
The device is aimed as an affordable notebook offering a Core i7 CPU with discrete Nvidia graphics, a 14-inch FHD display, 1TB of storage and 6 hours of battery life for Rs 42,290. Next up are the Lenovo G40 and G50 entertainment-oriented laptops which deliver a 15.6-inch HD display, DVD or Blu-ray support, an AMD processor and Radeon R5 M230 graphics as well as up to 1TB HDD storage. Prices here start at Rs 22,990.
The Z50 also falls in the 15.6-inch category, but offers better features with a Rs 39,990 retail tag. Coming to the C360 AIO PC, this 19.5-inch desktop is an affordable option designed for home entertainment. It comes with Windows 8.1 64-bit, Intel Pentium or Core i3 processors, 500GB storage and Nvidia GeForce 705M graphics, all for Rs 39,260 and above.
