Lenovo K4 Note sold 10000 handsets in less than a second

Today saw Amazon hosting the first flash sale of the Lenovo K4 Note smartphone in India, which was being sold in the form of a VR bundle containing an ANTVR headset. This package costs Rs 12499, but the phone is sold separately as well, in exchange of Rs 11999. The company claims to have sold off as many as 10000 units of the device in just 0.9 seconds.

The Lenovo K4 Note will again go on sale on Amazon tomorrow, but sans the VR headset. Registrations for this particular sale have been closed now; so those interested will have to sign up for the handset’s second sale which takes place on January 27.

If the numbers released by Lenovo are to be considered, then the phone has been met with a huge response in India. Its features and its low price are the two main factors that have most likely contributed to this. It has adopted a 5.5-inch 1080p full HD display and an octa core MediaTek MT6753 processor that’s paired with 3GB of RAM.

A neat look at the main specs of the Lenovo K4 Note:
