Windows 8.1 tablets are getting cheaper by the day and Lenovo’s new Ideapad Miix 300 is amongst the most affordable options on the market carrying a price tag of just $149. The device is designed for entertainment and also for those in need of productivity on the move.
The OS is Windows 8.1 with Bing and Microsoft is also throwing in a 1-year subscription to Office 365. You’ll have access to a wide catalog of desktop software and even the developer’s own services with the Lenovo Ideapad Miix 300. The tablet continues the company’s tradition of premium industrial designs and it features an aluminum chassis for extra sturdiness.
At 9.3mm, the device isn’t too thick and it tips the scales at 360 grams. The Lenovo slate is powered by a pretty capable Intel Atom processor. It dons an 8-inch HD IPS display on the front panel and there are dual cameras as well. Along with 2GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage has been provided.
