Just a few days after its existence was revealed, the LeEco Le 2 Pro has now been leaked again. This time round, a retail box of the handset has surfaced online giving us a pretty comprehensive look at its specs.
The earlier round of speculation had dubbed the new handset the LeEco Le 2, so it’s possible this Pro version is either the same phone seen previously or a different variant with better specifications. If accurate, the features seen in the image below signify a major upgrade over the Le 1S, its predecessor.
As per the Weibo post (via Mobipicker), the Le 2 Pro will sport a 5.7-inch screen which outputs its visuals in QHD. The device is supposedly going to utilize Qualcomm’s ultimate Snapdragon 820 processer. To recall, the Le Max Pro was the first device in the world to sport the SoC and it looks like the brand is looking to continue using the CPU even for its non-flagship offerings.
With regards to its camera abilities, LeEco is apparently blessing the phone with a 21MP rear camera accompanied by LED flash. There’s also mention of an 8MP front-facing snapper for all your selfie and video chatting needs. Users will be able to take advantage of 64GB of internal space for their storage requirements and 4GB of RAM to make sure the phone runs smoothly.
Furthermore, it seems like the Le 2 Pro is set to pack a 3100mAh battery to fuel its operations. Other top specs which have been revealed in the leak include USB Type-C, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. A fairly visible Dolby Audio logo hints at support for the sound technology. Sadly, there’s no mention of what Android version it runs nor its price or availability.
We’ll keep you informed as and when more information about the LeEco Le 2 Pro trickles in.
