We’re already aware that Verizon plans to carry the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and the LG G Pad 8.3 tablets on its network, but we’ve still not received any confirmed date of arrival. Thanks to a recent leak, we’ve got what’s said to be the official launch date for both devices on the carrier. According to the information, these slates will hit shelves on March 6 that’s a week from now.
Android Police received these details via a leaked internal document. The authenticity of the information is still under question, but if it turns out to be true, you can expect to see the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and the LG G Pad 8.3 reach Verizon within a week from now.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 has already gone on sale in the US, but with Wi-Fi connectivity only. Verizon will be offering the tablet with 4G LTE support and AT&T is also expected to do the same. The slate comes with a WQCGA Super Clear LCD panel and this particular model is powered by a quad core Snapdragon 800 processor with 3GB of RAM.
The device runs Android 4.4 and it features a 9500mAh battery. Coming to the LG G Pad 8.3, this tablet has also been launched under the Google Play Edition range. It sports a 1080p display with a quad core Snapdragon 600 processor doing the hard work on the inside. The slate also carries an affordable price tag.
