Kingston rolls out DT100, DT101 and DT400 Data Traveler drives

Kingston Technologies expanded its list of USB drives by launching three new products. Kingston launched DT100, DT101 and DT400, three of its DataTraveler USB drives.

“The DT400 with MigoSync has been recognized by business travelers as the perfect solution for keeping files and documents up-to-date while on the road,” said Jean Wong, Flash memory product manager, Kingston. “The DT100 now available up to 16GB is an affordable, portable storage solution allowing users to save large amounts of data while our new DT101 is an attention getter with its bright colors.”

The highlight of DT400 USB drive is the MigoSync that lets users recreate that reset the e-mail and Internet browser settings by synchronizing with the ones stored in the drive, in practically any host computer. It can read files at the speed of upto 20mbps and write at the speed of 10MBps. It comes pre-loaded with SecureTraveler programme which ensures complete safety of the data by providing the option of password-protected Privacy Zone. The DT400 drive is compatible with Windows Vista, XP and Windows 2000 and Mac OS 10.2.x and higher.

The DT100 is a capless retractable USB connector in a small form and is user-friendly.

The DT-101 is another from the family that comes in vibrant colours like cyan, pink and yellow.

The drives come with a five year warranty and there is the 24/7 live technical support for help.

The Kingston DT400 and DT 100 are available in the capacities of 2, 4, 8, and 16 GB while the DT101 comes in capacities of 2, 4 and 8 GB.
