Kingston HyperX Girl Design Contest rolled out

Kingston Designing Contest

Kingston has rolled out a whole new innovative contest that promises fun and fervor. The HyperX Girl Design Contest is open to both amateur and professional character designers who can come over and show their prowess by creating the prefect spokesperson for HyperX memory modules. The competition which runs all over the APAC region, invites participants to submit their completed works anytime until April 30.

WeiWei Yin, Marketing Director of APAC Region, Kingston said, “Kingston’s HyperX memory modules are specially designed for serious gamers and overclockers who want nothing but the best for their computers.” Yin added, “The aim of the contest is to find an original, vivid and creative character representing Kingston’s HyperX series products.”

Kingston is offering a huge amount of prizes worth almost USD 20,000. What’s more, all candidates stand a chance of showcasing their artwork at Computex 2008.

And incase, you belong to the not-so-talented category (Alas, under which I too fall) and feel that you’ve got no role to play here, then hold on, as you perhaps may be the most important one. All you need to do is go to www.hyperxgirl.com from May 5 to May 20 and vote for your favorite HyperX girl design. And guess what, you too stand a chance to win a couple of Kingston products.
