Moreover, it has been blessed with a front-facing camera to facilitate video conferencing and can run on 3G networks with the assistance of a USB dongle.
“South is one of the largest markets for technology products with 26% of India’s mobiles getting sold in South India. It is definitely a potential market for Intex as well. We aim to grow multifold in the southern states,” commented Sanjay Kumar, General Manager – Mobile Business, Intex Technologies.
“The brisk economic growth in these states, contemporary lifestyles and buying behavior amongst the youth makes it an appropriate destination for offering Intex’s latest android tablet – the i-Buddy – which is the slimmest 7” tablet in India,” added Kumar.
This multimedia-ready slab is loaded with apps and games like Office Suite, Fruit Ninja and Angry Birds amongst others. It is compatible with GPRS as well as Wi-Fi and can cough up the juice for close to 3 hours. The pre-installed Team viewer permits users to manage the tablet remotely through a PC too.
