The Intex Aqua Style Mini has been launched by the company in India, affixed with a price tag that reads Rs 4990. This device grabs a dual core processor, and features a number of other low-end components that one would expect to form part of such an offering.
What’s interesting is that Intex’s partnership with the movie Mary Kom has resulted in a special branding on the Aqua Style Mini. The company has included a total of 5000 units in its stock, which bear an icon of the Indian Olympian on whom the film is based, on them.
This handset is claimed to possess a Super AMOLED display of 4 inches in size. The panel holds a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, and is accompanied on the front surface by a 0.3MP selfie unit. On its rear side however, rests a much higher resolution 5MP camera.
The Aqua Style Mini smartphone from Intex grabs the Android 4.4 KitKat OS, and is powered by a 1400mAh battery. Apart from a 1GHz dual core processor, its insides also include a 512MB RAM module and 4GB worth of storage that’s expandable up to 32GB.
