Intel sues Intell’s Disk Jockey for diluting its Brand Name

intel headquarters. Chip numero uno Intel’s legal department is dragging Pernell Thomas, for having had the audacity to trade as Intell Entertainment.

Intel filed an action in a New York district court at the end of March, accusing Thomas of diluting the Intel trademark and even on occasion trading as Intell, alone. The filing it made in the district court against the disk jockey amounts to a stunning 116 pages.

Intell, offers disk jockey and music entertainment services in New York and New Jersey.

This is not the first time that Intel has disputed over its name. In the past too the chip giant had sued Intell Detective agency. But interestingly in January the tables turned as Intel was sued by an Ohio Company for being over-possessive over the “inside” word.
