InFocus has had a busy 2016 so far, launching 2 phones under its new Bingo lineup within a couple of weeks of each other. It’s now come out with yet another selfie-centric phone in the form of the Bingo 50. The device is priced at Rs 7499 and will be sold exclusively via Snapdeal.

The InFocus Bingo 50 has a lot going for it. First-off, the handset ships with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box, an uncommon sight for the entry-level market segment. Secondly, it carries an 8MP camera on both its front and rear surface. Both come equipped with an aperture of f/2.2, autofocus and a Samsung S5K3H7 module.

This unit apparently offers back-side illumination to enable better low-light shooting and minimal shutter lag. The main snapper additionally offers LED flash and 1080p video recording at 30fps. InFocus is further looking to appeal to consumers by giving the phone a more premium feel. It’s done so by fitting it with a metal frame and selling it in either a sandstone or black leather finish.

The US-based brand is also hoping to woo local consumers by shipping the Bingo 50 with India-based themes. The smartphone additionally comes with an advanced Screenshot tool which lets users customize the area they want to click an image of and even capture a full page or article.

The first 1000 buyers of the InFocus Bingo 50 will receive a free Rock Selfie Stick worth Rs 1000. Registrations for the handset have begun and its sale is set for March 21.
