iBall Andi 4.5z brings dual core CPU and Android Jelly Bean, doesn’t hurt your wallet

Hailing it as a ‘differentiator in the segment,’ iBall has officially introduced the Andi 4.5z which had earlier been spotted online. This device has been blessed with a market price of Rs 7,499 and an MRP of Rs 8,299. The newest product from iBall boasts of the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, and runs on a dual core processor.

It carries on its front a 4.5-inch qHD IPS display which is complemented by a front-facing camera for 3G calling purposes. The iBall Andi 4.5z gains steam from a 1.3GHz dual core Cortex A7 processor and 512MB worth of RAM. Important connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G of course.

Uncommon in this price segment, an 8MP AF camera can also be counted among its offerings. There’s a 1700mAh battery onboard the iBall Andi 4.5z as well, providing it with the juice needed to keep going between charges. A unique feature on this phone is called Flip to Mute, and allows you to mute a call simply by flipping the handset upside down.

The iBall Andi 4.5z is set to be made available in India soon, but a definite release date hasn’t been mentioned as yet. It will be doled out in white and black shades, and as mentioned above, will have its MRP locked at Rs 8,299.
