Huawei’s Nexus phone spotted in benchmark test, vital specs revealed

A lot of attention these days is being grabbed by the upcoming LG Nexus 5X, but in case you’ve forgotten, Huawei also has a brand new Nexus device to offer. While its exact name is not known still (codename is Angler), we have just been greeted by a number of its important specs that have arrived thanks to a benchmark test.

It has been shown to run Android 6.0 Marshmallow which is not at all a surprise. As had been predicted by previous leaks, the Huawei Nexus device is seen sporting a 5.7-inch Quad HD 2560 x 1440 pixel display.

As per the benchmark on GFX Bench, the Huawei phone will house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset, with its octa core CPU clocked at 1.9GHz. An Adreno 430 GPU will also be accompanying it of course, apart from 3GB worth of RAM and 32GB worth of storage space.

Alongside this new Huawei device, the LG Nexus 5X too will be unveiled by Google. It will house a smaller 5.2-inch display bearing a 1080p full HD resolution. This phone will apparently be powered by a Snapdragon 808 chipset bearing a hexa core processor and an Adreno 418 GPU.
