Just last week, the Huawei Mulan showed up for the first time and we got a pretty good look at its features. The company’s upcoming high-end phone has made a second appearance, this time with images of its side panels and more hardware as well as software details. Additionally, a press render of an upcoming Honor smartphone has also been leaked.
The Huawei Mulan was initially sported on AnTuTu and the benchmark suit now has more information to offer. The phone is confirmed to have a 1080p FHD display which should be around 4.9 inches wide and run on Android 4.4 KitKat. Also, the company’s Emotion UI 2.3 will also be onboard. Where memory is concerned, the phone has shown up again with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, but there’s still no mention of a microSD card slot for expansion.
Apart from these details, we known that the phone will have a 13MP rear camera, a 5.1MP front snapper and the Kirin 920 SOC, not the Kirin 3630 as previously reported. This SOC features an octa core configuration with quad Cortex A7s clocked at 1.3GHz, quad Cortex A15 operating at 1.7GHz and Mali T624 graphics. The above image is of the Mulan handset and it looks a lot like the Ascend P1, notes G4Games.
Here’s a roundup of the specs:
– 4.9-inch 1080p display
– Android 4.4 KitKat
– Octa core Kirin 920 SOC
– 5.1MP front camera
– 13MP rear snapper
– 3GB RAM, 16GB storage
The classy looking phone you see above is part of the Honor series and it could go official on June 10, if the date on the screen is to be taken into consideration. Where the Huawei Mulan is concerned, the report notes that it could get launched on August 16.
