The HTC One mini price and release date has apparently been set for the UK and a couple of online retailers have even managed to get hold of the handset’s price details. Both, unlocked and carrier-bound variants are slated to arrive in the country sometime next month and HTC plans on setting very cometitve the phone with an alluring price tag.
The HTC One mini as its name suggests is merely a compact version of the company’s flagship (read our review) with mid-range specifications. However, the device still retains all features found in the larger sibling, including the beautiful unibody aluminum form factor which is drenched in black or silver shades. The HTC One mini is fitted with a 4.3-inch screen on the front, proffering 720p HD resolution instead of 1080p FHD.
The device also sports a 1.6MP webcam and Boom Sound speakers with built-in amplifiers. The rear plays host to the same UltraPixel camera with an LED flash, while the hardware on the inside comprises of a dual core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The HTC One mini features Sense 5.0 and the inevitable BlinkFeed UI.
The device will be released on August 9 according to a Twitter user ViziLeaks. While the unlocked HTC One mini
price in UK is expected to be £379.99 via Mobile Fun, various carriers such as O2 and Vodafone as well as retailers like Expansys plan on offering the device soon. Additionally, Carphonewarehouse notes that it will sell the phone unlocked for the same amount, or for free on-contract with £27 monthly payments.
