The One A9, HTC’s iPhone lookalike has finally landed in India, but its makers have strangely not yet revealed its price. Along with the said handset, the Desire 828 has also arrived in the country, and the retail value of this one too has been kept a secret.
Both the smartphones will be released by the company this December, and it’s in the same month that we can expect to know their pricing details. The model of the HTC One A9 which has managed to reach India offers 32GB of storage and 3GB of RAM. As for the variant bearing 16GB of storage and 2GB of RAM, it will probably be launched later on.
One of the prime highlights of this phone is that it runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based HTC Sense UI which will receive regular updates within 15 days of the Nexus range. Its display is 5 inches in size, and features 1080p full HD resolution.
The Home button of the One A9 doubles up as a fingerprint scanner, if you’re unaware. The new octa core Snapdragon 617 processor powers it from within, while its camera setup consists of a 13MP rear unit and an Ultrapixel front snapper.
Coming to the Desire 828, it was launched in China only a few weeks back. This device has gone for a 5.5-inch 1080p full HD display, an octa core MediaTek MT6753 CPU, 2GB of RAM and a 5MP selfie camera. But its main highlight is definitely its 13MP rear snapper which benefits from optical image stabilization.
