HTC has officially confirmed that a 64GB version of the One M9 does indeed exist and it will be made available for purchase from March 16 in Taiwan. The 32GB model will also go on sale on the same day and prices for both variants are out as well.
It was previously rumored that the 64GB HTC One M9 would arrive later this year, but clearly potential customers will not have to wait that long, at least in Taiwan. However, the phone might still be limited to specific markets, so there’s no telling which locations it’ll be headed to in the future. Like the 32GB model, the higher capacity option also has a microSD card slot so that you don’t have to compromise on memory.
Nothing else has been changed in this version of the new HTC flagship and PhoneArena is reporting citing ePrice as its source, that you’ll have to pay around $63 more for double the hoarding space. The base version is selling for TW$2100 (approximately US$693), while the second option is tagged at TWD23900 (around US$756).
The One M9 flagship looks at lot like its predecessor, but has improved hardware giving it a huge performance boost. The display is the same 1080p 5-inch panel accompanied by BoomSound speakers and an UltraPixel camera, while the main shooter is a 20MP sensor with dual LED flash.
HTC One M9 specs at a glance:
– Platform: Android Lollipop w/ Sense 7, BlinkFeed
– Display: 5-inch 1080p panel
– Processor: 2GHz octa core Snapdragon 810
– Memory: 3GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal storage, 128GB expandable

As mentioned above, there’s no word on whether the higher capacity model of the HTC One M9 will be globally released. The 32GB option is expected to hit stateside in the next couple of weeks.
