HP’s latest Envy x2 convertible is all set to take on the Surface Pro 3 from Microsoft in the US as the company is now offering the device for purchase through its online store. As you probably know, the 2-in-1 features Intel’s latest Broadwell chips which offer speedy performance with extremely slim designs.
And that’s mainly because it can be deployed in a fan-less form factor owing to its 14nm design and low power consumption. The fifth generation chip is officially known as the Core M and it’s the successor to the popular Haswell architecture. This has allowed the HP Envy x2 to have a 0.58-inch slim design without sacrificing on performance.
However, this does come at a price. You’ll have to shell out at least $749 to lay hands on the base model, while higher configurations will have the retail amount hiked upward of $1000. The processor used here comes in a dual core configuration and it features Intel’s HD Graphics. The display is 15.6 inches wide and offers a 1920 x 1080p IPS touchscreen.

The tablet is accompanied by a slim keyboard dock which also features a touchpad.
