HP unleashes new devices in India including Pro x2 410 2-in-1, Omni 10 slate

If you’re eagerly waiting for the new Pro x2 612 2-in-1 and the SlateBook 14 to arrive in India, you may have to wait a bit longer or pickup one of the recently launched devices from HP. The company has announced multiple PCs including the EliteBook Folio 1040 G1 Ultrabook, the Pro x2 410 hybrid, the 248 business notebook and the ElitePad 1000 as well as the Omni 10 tablets amongst others.

The HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1 is the most expensive option on this roster. The notebook comes with a durable design which meets MIL-STD 810G standards. It features an aluminum unibody construction with a 15.9mm thick profile. This Ultrabook also offers a 14-inch 1080p full HD and 4th generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processors for Rs 90,000.

EliteBook Folio 1040

The Pro x2 410 is a 2-in-1 device where you can use it as a standalone Windows 8.1 tablet or as a laptop with the keyboard dock connected. Priced at Rs 65,000 and above, this hybrid offers Core i3 and i5 third generation CPUs and an 11.6-inch HD IPS touchscreen. Next up is the HP 248 notebook which will retail for Rs 36,500. For the said amount you get a Core i5-4200U processor, 4GB RAM, 500GB storage and a 14-inch display.

The ElitePad 1000 is a business tablet which offers 4G connectivity and Windows 8.1 with 64-bit support. Priced at Rs 59,990, the slate packs 4GB RAM, a minimum of 64GB eMMC SSD, a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200p display and a quad core Bay Trail processor. The Omni 10 is also powered by Bay Trail, but a 32-bit model. It costs Rs 27,990 and offers a FHD display, 2GB RAM and dual cameras.

Apart from the aforementioned PCs, HP also launched the EliteDesk 800 G1 desktop at Rs 41,990 and the 205 AIO for Rs 31,990.
