HP India has introduced the Pavilion Elite m9000 desktop series in India. This range will be perfect for those who wish to own a multimedia-powerhouse home PC which at the same time exudes style. Moreover, these PCs are able to deliver High Definition entertainment at fast speeds.
The HP Elite m9000 series integrates an Intel Core 2 Quad processor and an NVIDIA GeForce 8 series graphics card. Moreover, it comes preloaded with Windows Vista Premium. Further, the HP Pavilion Elite m9000 series happens to be the first Terabyte Home PC in India which has an internal hard disk space of 1000GB (2x500GB).
The HP Pavilion Elite m9000 series also debuts the first-of-its-kind Dual Format Blue Laser Combo Drive. It is a single drive which can read both Blue Ray and HD-DVD formats and also comes with a LightScribe DVD drive to write on DVD/CD media.
The Elite m9000 desktop PC also features two dedicated bays for the HP Personal Media Drive and HP Pocket Media Drive for further expansion and flexibility. With HP Easy Backup, users will be able to backup their internal hard drives to HP Pocket Media Drive, HP Personal Media Drive or the user’s own external storage device. Alternatively, users can also configure their preferred backup settings and schedule, allowing the computer to do all the data backup.
The design of the HP Pavilion Elite m9000 PC has a high-gloss finish, which is accentuated by the signature HP Zen Imprint detailing. Moreover, the computer comes with a matching mouse and a wireless keyboard that docks neatly below the blackframed widescreen monitor.
The HP Pavilion Elite m9000 series comprises three different models. However, they all have a 17-inch monitor. The HP Pavilion Elite m9060in costs Rs.38,990; the m9070in costs Rs.50,990, while the Elite m9090in carries a price tag of Rs.74,990.
