HP has infused the Indian market with two of its latest products, the EliteBook Revolve 810 and the ProBook 430. Both these machines of course feature the Windows 8 OS, and while one is a hybrid, the other one is a notebook. The HP EliteBook Revolve 810 and ProBook 430 are aimed at business consumers, and have their prices tagged at Rs 90,000 and Rs 39,000, respectively. So what do these two new products bring to the table exactly? Let’s have a look.
Being a hybrid, the EliteBook Revolve 810 features a detachable 11.6-inch HD LED backlit touch panel which can be separated from its keyboard to be used as a tablet. Apart from this 1,366 x 768 pixel resolution display, it even features up to 12GB worth of RAM, an Intel HD 4000 Graphics GPU, a 256GB SSD and a choice between the Intel Core i7, Core i5 and Core i3 processor. Built with an all-magnesium body, the device also kicks in 3G connectivity, NFC, a 720p HD camera and a microSD card slot for its tablet. Besides, there’s Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection too.
The HP ProBook 430 on the other hand, is a complete business notebook made out of aluminum, and featuring a spill-resistant keyboard. This setup gains a 13.3-inch HD LED backlit display which is anti-glare and shows off its visuals with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution. Fourth generation Intel dual core i7, Core i5 and i3 processors can be chosen from, while its other specifications include a 16GB RAM and an Intel HD Graphics 4400 or 5000 GPU (depends on processor). For its storage, an option between a 500GB hard disk, a 120GB SSD and a 128GB SSD is being offered.
Like we said, the HP EliteBook Revolve 810 can be yours at Rs 90,000, and the ProBook 430 at Rs 39,000.
