HP Compaq L2311c Monitor

With the launch of the HP Compaq L2311c notebook docking monitor and the two LED backlit LCD displays, the HP Omni27 AIO desktop and the HP Pavilion HPE h9 Phoenix PC aren’t the only ones to make an early getaway. The HP LV1911 and the HP LV2011 offer a 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and are said to have a response time of around 5 milliseconds.

Designed to provide mobile professionals with a desktop-like experience, the HP Compaq L2311c notebook docking monitor appears to make things rather convenient through its plug-and-play capabilities. By simply connecting a laptop to the display through a USB cable, users can access content on a much larger screen and in full HD quality. Besides this, the 23-inch LED backlit LCD device employs Ethernet as well as USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports along with a built-in 720p HD webcam for video conferencing.

HP LV1911, LV2011 Displays

As for the two LED backlit displays namely, the HP LV1911 and the HP LV2011, they have been built to show a slim and attractive form factor. Owing to the technology used, the company states that the power consumption in these displays is much lower compared to older CCFL panel ones. They measure 18.5-inch and 20-inch, respectively.

The HP Compaq L2311c price amounts to $319, whilst the HP LV1911 and LV2011 price tags read as $125 and $135, respectively. All 3 devices will be available in the U.S. starting with the notebook docking monitor which is expected to roll out in February. The two LED backlit displays are scheduled for a March 2012 release.
