HCL Technologies has penned an ecosystem agreement with Awalnet, which is Saudi Arabia’s leading ISP and Telecom service provider.
Under this commitment, Awalnet will offer the local touch-points, such as Service Desk support in Arabic. On the other hand HCL will bear the responsibility of delivering Integrated IT management services from its various globally benchmarked & ITIL aligned ISO 20000 certified centres. This will make possible the delivery of strong, process-based IT service management with predictable and constant end-user performance, encompassing the technology domains of data centre, systems, storage, networks, security and end-user IT support.
