HCL signs an Ecosystem Engagement with Awalnet to offer Integrated IT Management Service to Middle East Enterprises

HCK and Avalnet logos HCL Technologies has penned an ecosystem agreement with Awalnet, which is Saudi Arabia’s leading ISP and Telecom service provider.

Under this commitment, Awalnet will offer the local touch-points, such as Service Desk support in Arabic. On the other hand HCL will bear the responsibility of delivering Integrated IT management services from its various globally benchmarked & ITIL aligned ISO 20000 certified centres. This will make possible the delivery of strong, process-based IT service management with predictable and constant end-user performance, encompassing the technology domains of data centre, systems, storage, networks, security and end-user IT support.
