Kingston starts shipping affordable SSDNow V100 solid state drives

Kingston’s recital of effectuating top-notch performance memory solutions has been accepted incredibly well by consumers worldwide. The company now announces the availability of its latest addition to the SSDNow V Series of solid state drives, the SSDNow V100.

Sketched out for mainstream users, the new option expands the V portfolio with the addition of a 256GB capacity drive. The V100 solid state drive comes equipped with support for Windows 7 TRIM and an optimized controller. The integration of NAND flash technology ensures increased read and write performance at the same time.

Also on deck in 64GB and 128GB capacities, the Kingston V100 drives ship as either a stand-alone unit or as an upgrade bundle kit. The desktop bundle kit subsumes the solid state drive, cloning software, cables (SATA data and power), and 3.5-inch hard drive mounting brackets and hardware.

The notebook bundle, on the other hand, includes the SSD, cloning software and a 2.5-inch external enclosure. The latest solution from Kingston’s gamut ensures quicker bootup and application load times, thereby delivering consumers an unprecedented user experience.

Backed by a three-year warranty, the new Kingston SSDNow V100 solid state drives have started shipping now.
