Seagate 3TB FreeAgent GoFlex Desk external hard drive surfs into India

Seagate 3TB FreeAgentLate last month we reported that Seagate took the covers off its 3TB FreeAgent GoFlex Desk external hard drive. Now the company swims across the seven seas and sails right into Indian markets with the 3TB FreeAgent GoFlex Desk hard drive. As the company suggests, this latest offering is known to be the world’s first 3TB external desktop drive.

The FreeAgent GoFlex also has the ability to adapt the USB 2.0 interface with a USB 3.0 or FireWire 800 connection. This enables them to successfully meet the required transfer speed and performance needs. With the NTFS driver for Mac embedded into the product, users can easily store and access all their content from a Windows or Mac OS X computer without having the need to reformat.

The 3TB FreeAgent GoFlex also offers continuous backup complete with software file encryption. Thanks to its sleek design, the 3.5-inch hard drive can fit perfectly into any desktop environment either horizontally or vertically. Drenched in a black hue, it caters to all the storage needs of Indians whether at work or home. The hard drive has the ability to hoard up to 120 HD movies, loads of photos and music as well as 1,500 video games, according to the company.
