If you mistakenly thought the Nexus 5 was completely out of stock on Google Play Store India, that’s not the case. Only the smartphone’s black color option sold out within a few hours of hitting availability status yesterday. The white one has been in stock all along and still is.
Also, the black variant has presently dropped its ‘We are out of inventory. Please check back soon’ signboard and is now displaying a November 29 shipping date. Meaning you can order it and expect to lay hands on it within the first week of December.
Those who’re after the white colored handset won’t have to wait long since the company promises to deliver it within a week at least. The 16GB and 32GB capacities are priced at Rs 29,000 and Rs 33,000, respectively. Meanwhile the 16GB Wi-Fi flavored Nexus 7 (costs Rs 21,000) appears to be out of stock too. The Play Store is showing a November 26 launch date for the next batch. But the 32GB Wi-Fi only and 32GB unlocked versions which are tagged Rs 24,000 and Rs 28,000 can be ordered right away.
